Issac Fernandez Biutiful Cava Brut Nature NV

This elegant and easy drinking Cava is produced from grapes sourced from the Western portion of Requena. It could be labeled as a Reserva due to fact that it spends 15 months on lees, as opposed to the minimum of 9 months. It is a true Brut Nature, meaning no sugar was added at the end of aging on lees. The nose delivers dry apple and pear aromas, while the palate is fairly full and round, with apple and lime flavors. This brut Cava is easily drinkable, food-friendly, and very affordable. This is the perfect crowd pleasing sparkling, so don’t hesitate to grab another bottle while you’re at it.

Coastal influences in the Margaret River area yield chardonnay with tropical fruit notes. The nose displays deep aromatic fruit concentration of melon and nectarine, with a touch of citrus, toasted almond and nougat. The palate is delightfully complex yet soft displaying notes of hints of apricot, pineapple preserves, and wet stone. An elegant, smooth-sipping unoaked Chardonnay with gentle fruit and lovely acidity.

Pullus Stajerska Pinot Grigio 2019

Coming from the oldest winery in Slovenia, this is not your average Pinot Grigio. Ptujska Klet is located in the steep, winegrowing hills surrounding the city of Ptu, the oldest town in Slovenia. When fully ripe, the skin of Pinot Grigio has a dark pink, almost purple, color. The skins are left to macerate in the pressed juice for 72 hours, giving this wine the copper hued, rosé-like color that is its defining characteristic. Notes of fresh lime and pear are complemented by a textured mouthfeel and minerality that comes from the extended skin contact. It’s clean, crisp, and refreshing, yet still complex. It’s lovely enough to enjoy on its own or pair with pasta, white meat, or young cheeses.

Kind Stranger is a dry, crisp, direct-to-press intentional rosé from Washington's Wahluke Slope. Fruit-forward with a crisp, bright finish, this wine is a Provençal style rosé composed of Grenache, Mourvedre, and Cinsault. Made by Ohio native Andrew Latta, proceeds from this wine benefit Mary’s Place in Seattle and the International Rescue Committee on a broader scale. It's a dry rosé crushes the challenge of "all day rose" with it's perfect crispness.

This Côtes du Rhône has a beautiful red ruby color with dark purple accents. The intense nose is full of fresh red fruit aromas, as well as black fruit, prune jam, black olive, wild flowers, & licorice. The flavor profile is equally expressive, with vanilla and hints of fresh red cherry notes. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, it has remarkable texture and a lengthy finish. Quinta de la Quietud is located in the town of Toro, the heart of the D.O. Corral de Campanas is made 100% with the variety Tinta de Toro. All the winery’s vineyards are cultivated following the parameters of organic agriculture. In fact, since its foundation in 2002, the winery has the certification of the CAECYL (Council of Organic Agriculture of Castilla y León). Intense aroma of red fruit with spices and mineral notes welcome you into the glass. Ripe black fruit, coffee, licorice, walnuts, and beautiful wood tones finish with the perfect amount of structured on the palate. Great example of a value buy, this is an unprecedented solid wine thatcan also be stored for a few more years or enjoyed today.
