Our Pastry Chef Monica Beaudoin graduated from the Baking & Pastry Institute at Johnson and Wales University and has been crafting beautiful, delicious baked goods ever since.
We use nothing but the best in our cakes, from Cabot butter in our buttercream to pure Madagascar vanilla and King Arthur flour in our batters. We know you will taste the difference!
