an extensive Spring wine tasting!

Five wine importers will be pouring five wines each from five

tables spread out through The Buttery and the Locke Store.  

Executive chef Ellie McMillen will create small bites available

with the wine selection to inspire your warm weather festivities.

To alleviate crowding and allow distancing, we will be taking
reservations starting every 30 minutes from 5pm until 7pm.

This is a walk-around tasting and will take approximately

an hour and a half to visit with each importer and taste through all the wines.

Sunday Suppers | Basque Pintxos Night

Dinner starts at 6:30pm and will feature a seasonally-inspired menu from Executive Chef Ellie McMillen and The Buttery kitchen along with a menu of hand-picked wines, beers, and cocktails.

Tickets are $60 per person and include multiple courses throughout the evening. Drinks and gratuity not included.

Three Little Figs

The jam-makers extraordinaire at Three Little Figs are reviving the age old art of preserving by imbuing products with new and exciting flavor profiles, while honoring the most traditional of cooking methods. Each batch of jam begins with ripe, local, organic produce which is cut by hand and patiently cooked in copper pots in small batches - and when we say small batches, we mean it! Each pot yields approximately 18 jars of delicious preserves, and is seasoned to perfection with the best spices, vinegars, and booze available!! Allow yourself to be transported to Spain with flavors like Tomato Tapas Jam, or Quince, Honey and Rosemary, both of which are the perfect pairing to a spanish-style firm cheese. These savory jams aren't just for cheese; try them on a grilled cheese, with charcuterie, or slathered on a baguette.

Hellenic Farms

Hellenic Farms is the premier importer of Grecian products of excellence. At the heart of their business are small family farms that showcase the very best of Grecian gastronomy, and what would that be without the darling of Greece, the fig? These beautiful fig salamis are entirely plant-based, and are equally delicious as either a charcuterie substitute or compliment. We recommend cutting these into thin slices and adding as a fruity highlight to your next cheese board.

Farm At Doe Run

Restock alert from one of our most favorite dairies: Nestled in the pastures of southeastern Pennsylvania, the Farm at Doe Run practices organic, sustainable farming and sources all of their milk on-site from three herds, which is then converted into delicious and award-winning farmstead cheeses. They have won countless awards for their beautifully crafted cheeses, and it is not hard to see why! St Malachi is an aged cow gouda that tastes like butterscotch candy and wonderfully nutty browned butter with a hint of lactic pineapple tanginess.
Black Swallowtail is a Spanish style cheese made with raw milk and cave-aged for 7 months. The equal blend of cow, sheep, and goat milk lends a grassy, piquant flavor and is delicious with a glass of cider and a dollop of quince jam. Seven Sisters is the farm's flagship cheese, made entirely with cow's milk and is lightly herbaceous with sweet buttery notes characteristic
of a young Gouda.
