selection of 9 new wines over three flights
accompanied by snacks to pair from the Locke Store Kitchen.

The Chocolatier

Founder Aneesh Popat is an award winning chocolate maker with an intense passion for delicious flavor combinations. Based in London, his chocolates have been featured in Michelin starred restaurants across the globe. Their most acclaimed product is an array of decadent drinking chocolates which range from the classic rich double dark to the unique with inclusions like cardamom, salted caramel, or rose petals. Our personal favorite has been the milk popping candy bar - a rich and nutty milk chocolate bar infused with chocolate coated popping candy which delivers an incredible effervescent quality!

Chevoo

Chevoo marinated goat cheese is a magical combination
of hand-blended goat cheese, marinated in a robust extra
virgin olive oil infusion of herbs and spices. Both decadent
and delicate at the same time, these chevre cubes are
perfect for slathering on bread, topping salads, or melting
into pasta. Elevate your meal with their two varieties: intense and earthy Italian black truffle, or the bright and floral
fennel pollen & orange.

The Buttery has expanded menu offerings for 2022!

In keeping true to our three-course format, we will now be offering
four options for each course. Come enjoy The Buttery favorites you have savored with the addition of new, seasonal flavors and dishes each month.

First course offerings will include a soup, salad, and tapas-inspired plates. Second course continues our celebrated fresh fish, proteins and vegetarian plates and adds a homestyle main dish to meet everyone’s tastes. Third course desserts are for everyone that include fruit forward and chocolate focused options or a creamy bowl of house-made ice cream. This year we are offering a savory cheese and chutney plate as well.
