Based in Washington, D.C., Little Sesame is out to serve food that's as good for you as it is for the planet. Owner and chef Nick Wiseman strongly believes that hummus is not merely a side dish, but belongs "at the center of the table always", and this opinion is backed up by Little Sesame's amazingly luscious flavors like caramelized onion, jammy tomato, herby jalapeno, and their newest flavor which just hit our shelves: pumpkin chili crisp! However, it's not only kitchen magic that transforms these tubs of hummus: it starts with the ingredients. All the chickpeas Little Sesame uses come from a regenerative fifth-generation farmer in Montana, an agricultural pioneer working to actively fight climate change by altering planting and harvesting techniques to improve the land, soil, and water.
