Graft Cider

Graft Cider is blurring the lines between hard cider and craft beer by incorporating wild yeasts into heirloom apple varieties infused with flavor combinations that range from standard to eccentrically strange and delicious. Started in 2017 by siblings Kyle and Sara Sherrer, Graft seeks to create a bridge for beer drinkers to get into the wild and wonderful world of craft cider. "Back Country" is their newest seasonal addition, modeled after a classic Old Fashioned with aromas of warm spice and demerara sugar balanced with a subtle bite of bitters and tangy orange zest. Pairs well with a chilly evening and a crackling bonfire.

Made in Australia, these satisfyingly crispy crackers are baked to perfection, and are becoming one of our very favorite gluten-free complements to a cheese board! Loaded with a blend of seeds and a hint of dried fruit,

Mackenzie Creamery

Mackenzie Creamery is located on a 30-acre farm in the small town of Hiram, Ohio. Seeking to create an eco-friendly environment that goes beyond merely being "sustainable", founder Jean Mackenzie and her team work hard to keep their farm healthy and regenerative by using geothermal heating and cooling systems and rotational grazing techniques. Their pumpkin chevre is their most requested flavor, and is only available for a limited period of time during autumn! With its creamy texture and light hint of spices, this goat cheese reminds us of pumpkin cheesecake! Try it on a crispy, seeded cracker paired with a hard apple cider and your favorite sweater.
