ESPINALER PATE

Espinaler was founded in 1896 when Miquel Riera Y Prat opened Espinaler Tavern, where wine and vermouth were served to the townspeople. In 1970, the founder’s great-grandson, took over the reins of the business and turned it into what it is today! Delicious high-quality canned fish products that are flavorful, fresh, and sustainable.

These pates are best served spread over toasted bread or crackers and paired with fresh herbs, lemon, and capers!

Sweetgum Studio is located right here in Berryville, Virginia. This tea towel is custom artwork reflecting the historic and beautiful landmarks of our beloved town Millwood. These make a wonderful keepsake for both locals and travelers.

BONI PARMIGIANO REGGIANO

Boni has perfected Parmigiano Reggiano after nine centuries of tradition and history. It is made in Italy in the area between the Apennine Mountains and The Po River. Made with simple ingredients by skilled cheesemakers. It is slowly aged, allowing its flavor, texture, and aroma to fully develop and create its distinct robust flavor and subtly sweet finish.
