When you travel to France, you want to go with Debra. She has spent a lifetime exploring all corners of the country, discovering countless hidden gems along the way. On December 3rd, Debra will take us on a journey through France, from Grand Cru Grower Champagne to more robust winter wines for your holiday entertaining.

With your flight of 12 wines you will enjoy delicious small bites from Executive Chef Ellie McMillen & Locke Store kitchen.

As in the past we will have progressive start times for reservations. Starting at 5pm and rolling to 7pm, you can reserve a time to start your tasting in 30 minutes intervals at either 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, 6:30 or 7:00pm.

Motto
Soda that makes you feel good! Each can of Motto harnesses the wholesome power of plants, is lightly sweetened with honey, and balanced with fresh lemon juice and a healthy dose of apple cider vinegar. Motto uses two of the most traditional teas at its base: matcha and rooibos. Rooibos is naturally caffeine free and smooth with a fruity, earthy flavor, while matcha offers a bit of a lift due to the low caffeine content, but with none of the crash that comes with coffee or sugar.

Fishwife
Meet the new sustainably-sourced tinned seafood you need in your kitchen! Forget everything you think you know about mushy, subpar tinned anchovies; tinned fish is having a renaissance among chefs and homecooks alike, and is about to become a beloved staple for everyone! Sourced from responsibly managed fisheries and aquaculture farms, these tins are a delicious choice you can feel good about in an age where overfishing has become synonymous with certain varieties of fish. The term "fishwife" dates back to the 16th century, referring originally to the daughters or wives of fisherman who sold at the markets, eventually evolving into an insult for women who were brash, foul-mouthed, and brassy. We aren't afraid to proclaim our love for tinned fish here at Locke Store, and hope we can convert you as well! Their newest addition is rainbow trout jerky gems, which utilizes the "tenderloin" of the rainbow trout, which is positively delicious but often overlooked (or worse, thrown away) due to its teensy size. For one of our absolute favorite ways to enjoy fishwife, start with your favorite pasta and add roasted mushrooms, very good olive oil, capers, lots of salt and pepper, and a tin of rainbow trout jerky gems.
