Athletic Brewing Company
Non alcoholic drinks have been on the rise for quite some time, but we've been hard pressed to find a NA beer that delivers on flavor, mouthfeel, and drinkability without the alcohol content that comes along. That is, until we found Athletic Brewing Company. Focusing on flavor first, we haven't tried a beer yet from ABC that we haven't loved, from the hazy Free Wave IPA to the crisp and floral Upside Dawn golden ale. Athletic is also passionate about giving back to the environment, and has donated over $1 million dollars in 2021 alone to non-profit organizations that work to protect the natural world through trail maintenance, ecological restoration, and outdoors education. |

Scratch Pasta Co.
You don't have to spend much time in Locke Store to find out that we LOVE our pasta! One of our favorite local vendors, Scratch Pasta is a woman-owned company based in Lynchburg, VA specializing in gourmet pastas. Their spicy garlic mohawks are seasoned with lots of garlic and smoky paprika, adding a new layer to dishes like mac & cheese or other baked pasta dishes. Virginia wheat campanelle is made from a mix of semolina flour and Virginia-grown wheat flour, offering a lighter alternative to traditional whole wheat pastas. We love it with a good dose of olive oil and artichoke paste! Lemon basil gemelli is the perfect match for shrimp or as the base for a pasta salad. |

The Buttery is excited to announce our expanded menu offerings for 2022!
In keeping true to our three-course format, we will now be offering four options for each course. Come enjoy The Buttery favorites you have savored with the addition of new, seasonal flavors and dishes each month.
First course offerings will include a soup, salad, and tapas-inspired plates. Second course continues our celebrated fresh fish, proteins and vegetarian plates and adds a homestyle main dish to meet everyone’s tastes. Third course desserts are for everyone that include fruit forward and chocolate focused options or a creamy bowl of house-made ice cream. This year we are offering a savory cheese and chutney plate as well.
