Minnow 

Minnow is a tinned seafood company founded by the team behind famed NYC restaurants Hart’s, Cervo’s and The Fly. With a focus on sustainably sourced, traceable seafood that is preserved and packed in tins by the best canneries around the world, the lineup consists of sardines from Spain, wild sockeye salmon from Alaska, mussels in Escabeche, smoked trout from Denmark, and what may be the most novel in a tinned fish line (at least in American markets), cod liver from Iceland. While you may be familiar with the others, cod liver is still somewhat of an untapped goldmine. Minnow’s cod liver is caught in the frigid waters of Iceland’s Westfjord region and has a beautifully delicate lightness to contrast the rich, fattiness and mellow oceanic flavors you might expect. Velvety and spreadable, it’s like foie gras of the sea! Try it on toast with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of sea salt for a luxurious breakfast. 

Venchi 
Venchi's story began back in 1878 when Silviano Venchi, a young 20-year-old man, spent all his savings on two bronze cauldrons and started experimenting with chocolate in a small shop on via degli Artisti in the neighbourhood of Vanchiglia, Turin. His caramelized hazelnut and dark chocolate confections quickly became highly sought after, and his name became synonymous with the best chocolate money could buy in the Piedmont. 146 years later, the passion, attention to detail and experimental spirit that set Venchi apart back then remain today. Whether you want to experience a simple heart-shaped milk chocolate or the decadence of the layered pistachio and toffee chococaviar, Venchi's bonbons will not disappoint!
