Inés Rosales

Born in Sevilla, Spain in 1910, Inés Rosales resurrected her family's sweet olive oil torta recipe, and began selling the delectable treats under her name. Over a century later, the same recipe is still used by the company, where each torta is made by hand. Their newest line of olive oil crackers have the same delicious lighty sweet flavor with a soft shortbread-y texture. The original crackers are amazing with blue cheese and a drizzle of honey or fruity preserves, while the savory smokey paprika crisps are perfect with a wedge of manchego and a piece of of your favorite speck or chorizo.

Based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Lucky Horse Press was born with the mission to create general happiness for all through a fondness for printing and color experimentation. We have several sweet designs for the mom in your life as well as many other card designs - come grab one this weekend!
