Enfield Jurassic Park Chenin Blanc 2024
Origin: California
Retail:$34.95| Sale: $31.46
From the famous X2 block at Jurassic Park, own-rooted vines planted in 1978 on sandy limestone soils in the coastal Santa Ynez Valley. Waves of aromatics in the glass - from the fruit, to the mineral, to the savory - the nose is open and as complex as can be. On the palate the wine is precise, even a little tightly wound. Chenin Blanc isn’t widely planted in California these days, and this wine makes you wonder why.
Enfield Brosseau Vineyard Chardonnay 2024
Origin: California
Retail: $46.95| Sale:$42.26
Brosseau Vineyard is planted high in the mountains of Chalone on intensely rocky soils of limestone and decomposed granite. Few vineyards in the world offer this combination of concentration and mineral tension. The most impressive part of this wine is the balance and the tension in the middle of the palate.
Enfield Pretty Horses 2022
Origin: California
Retail: $34.95| Sale: $31.46
Their first year sourcing Tempranillo from the head-trained vines of Don Miguel Vineyard on the very Western edge of the Russian River Valley- the land of high end Pinot Noir. Their “most premium Tempranillo ever” elevates this wine while maintaining the familiar balance of light and dark, richness and elegance. We recommend this wine with barbecue and salty foods!
Enfield Brosseau Vineyards Grenache 2023
Origin: California
Retail: $52.95| Sale:$47.66
The same vineyard and composition as the Chardonnay, the 2023 Grenache is John’s favorite vintage since he has been working with the site. The wine is both intense and pretty in the way that only Grenache can be. The crystalline structure is reminiscent of Spanish Garnacha, which we personally can’t keep away from lately.
