Join us for a complimentary wine tasting hosted by Jason Bise of Winebow! We start the tasting with a fresh & bright Pinot Gris and end with a sweet & spicy Australian muscat that we will be sampling alongside an Italian blue, Fior d'Arancio, for an incredible pairing.
Starting at 11:30am on Saturday and Sunday, all bottles will be available for purchase at 10% off retail price.

Pike Road Pinot Gris 2018

As the first registered wine estate in the Robertson Wine Valley, De Wetshof has become known internationally as South Africa’s eminent Chardonnay House due to the pioneering role it played in introducing this noble grape to South Africa. The Bon Vallon is unoaked, with brisk and clean freshness leading into a wide spectrum of classic flavors including citrus, wild flowers. It finishes with notes of grilled nuts and nuanced minerality.

Charles Bove Touraine Brut Rose NV

This cuvée is made according to the Méthode Traditionnelle process. The bubbles are very fine, abundant and long-lasting in the flute. Its bouquet is very fruity with scents of cherries, fresh-baked bread, chalky soil tones, dried rose petals, and a touch of spice. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied, focused, and shows fine mid-palate depth. Perfect as an aperitif, yet it is a surprisingly versatile wine that can complement many lighter style dishes such as Asian cuisine or poultry.

Chevalerie Bourgueil Galichets 2014

The Caslot family at Domane de la Chevalerie make soulful Bourgueils from organic vineyards on their varied terroirs. The palate is dense, supple, and intensely mineral - a blend of stone and cool red fruits are lifted by firm acidity, with the bright fruit continuing in the long mineral finish. This is a beautiful Bourgueil that can be enjoyed now with roast chicken, pork dishes, even a steak - or hold for ten to fifteen years for a mature experience.

Selvapiana’s flagship wine, Francesco Giuntini created this wine destined for long aging, to best represent the character and quality of Rufina’s and Selvapiana’s Sangiovese. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, delivering flavors of raspberry, wild cherry, and chopped herb, while intense licorice notes linger on the long finish. Campbells Rutherglen Muscat NV

The Campbell family’s production of dessert and fortified wines dates back to the 1870’s. Direct descendants of gold mining pioneers, the fourth generation Campbell family owns and tends the vineyards at Rutherglen in Northeast Victoria. It’s sweet and spicy, starting off with pretty brown sugar notes and adding layers of spice, prune, raisin and fig that linger on the extra-long finish. It’s full-bodied, sweet, and complex.
