Netzl Grüner Veltliner 2017

Origin: Austria
Retail: $13.95 | Sale: $12.56

Netzl is a small, family run estate with only 26 hectares of vines. The vineyards are cooled by the chill winds of the nearby River Daub allowing the intense aromas and acidity of the Grüner Veltliner grapes to be preserved. With typical varietal aromas of green apples and stone fruits, this wine maintains its mineral edge with a fresh and balanced finish.

Marchetti Tenuta del Cavaliere Verdicchio dei Castelli Jesi 2018

Origin: Italy
Retail: $20.95 | Sale: $18.85

The Marche region of east-central Italy is home to some fantastic reds and whites and is especially known for the Verdicchio grape. This crazy-cool white is a wonderfully unique "late harvest" expression of Verdicchio - full-bodied and lush, yet off-dry. Subtle notes of anise complement the array of citrus, stone fruit and salty, gray-rock mineral flavors, while the zesty acidity and lightly creamy mouthfeel make for a balanced and pleasant drink.

Its quality makes it a great alternative to Champagne or a wonderful aperitif.
