Retail: $21.95 | Sale: $19.75

Founded by husband-and-wife duo John House and Ksenija Kostic in 2011, Ovum is a celebration of the diverse expressions of Oregon terroir. OLD LOVE is a “method” Oregon white wine inspired by early 1800’s winemaking in Austria. Coming from five vineyards planted throughout Oregon: Willamette, Eola-Amity, Columbia Gorge and Southern OR. The sites are focused on sustainable farming practices – dry farming, organic and minimal additions. Salted lemon and fresh peeled orange welcome you into the glass. Lyrarakis Red 2016

Origin: Greece

The Lyrarakis Red is a blend of Syrah and the indigenous variety Kotsifali. Here Syrah lends plush berry fruit and soft tannins to the blend, tempered by Kotsifali’s fresh fruit profile. A wonderful introduction to Cretan wine, this would pair well with grilled meats and hard cheeses. Ready to drink now.

Yacoubian Hobbs Areni Rind 2016

Origin: Armenia
Retail: $32.95 | Sale: $29.65

Internationally renowned winemaker Paul Hobbs and the Yacoubian family journey to the Birthplace of Wine to craft modern, world class wines from the indigenous varieties found in the high altitude, mineral-rich soils of Vayots Dzor, Armenia. Their newly planted vineyards grow a stone’s throw away from the Areni-1 cave, the oldest known winery dating from over 6,000 years ago. Aromas of blueberry, black fruit, charcuterie and pepper convey the vibrancy that is yet to come. Flavors of bright black cherry, fresh strawberry and blackberry seem to flood the palate, like the juices of fresh fruit. Balanced, structured, and lively, this wine will fare well with a variety of cuisines or give immense pleasure sipped on its own.

Yacoubian-Hobbs wines will be donating 100% of proceeds to The Armenia Fund in the month of October.
