Ca' dei Zago Valdobbiadene Prosecco Col Fondo 2018
Origin: Italy
Retail: $19.95 | Sale: $17.95

This style of second fermentation is the oldschool way to make Prosecco. Tart electric green apples welcome you into the glass . Energized citrus carry the palate. To immerse yourself in Ca’ dei Zago, Col Fondo is to experience the off-beat, rare side of Prosecco. It is a rustic, unsullied wine that shows the unique passion for heritage.

Ivan Enjingi Grasevina 2017
Origin: Croatia
Retail: $18.95 | Sale: $17.05
Ivan Ending is a leading natural winemaker in Croatia. In growing grapes and making wine, Ivan represents the continuation of a 120-yeat-old family tradition. His vineyards, spread out on 125 acres in the Kutjevo appellation, overlook the Pozega valley and were at one time the official vineyards of the Austrian emperor; all are farmed organically. A classically enchanting wine -- herbaceous and petrol notes, minerality, and some really nice ripe and dried autumn fruit on the nose lead to a complex palate that is layered and surprisingly fresh with acidity, which allows the wine to take on and compliment a variety of dishes -- be they lentils, fish, or meat!
