Catherine and Michel Langlois's winery is just down the road from Sancerre, and this quite-new appellation (created in 1998) is producing some great value wines. It's crisp, tangy and bright. Green fruits and acidity are well integrated to give a wine that finishes fresh, making it an excellent food pairing wine for the summer!

Cold climate vineyards in the Sonoma Coast provide a core of minerality, ripe peach, and apple with a touch of citrus. These fresh notes are balanced by richer flavors of toasted hazelnuts, and ripe pineapple that come from the barrel fermented Russian River component. Overall, the Valravn Chardonnay walks the delicate line between high toned freshness, and the more powerful flavors of barrel fermented Chardonnay. This is a crowd-pleasing white and a great go-to for dinner parties with family or friends!

Established in the early 40’s, Domaine Rolet Pere et Fils is a second-generation family owned and operated winery. Located between Burgundy and Switzerland, Jura is known for producing wine with longevity. This 2012 red blend is delicate with floral notes on the nose. The palate has a balance of freshness and complexity with soft red berry fruit, cranberry, cherry, and orange peel. It's a beautiful summer red that can be served slightly chilled.

Located just beyond Stellenbosch, Keermont Vineyards is nestled in farm land in the beautiful valleys of South Africa. Matured in used oak barrels for 20 months. Bouquet shows mulberries, blueberries and cherries with dry herbs and earthy nuances. Palate is dense with juicy fruit covered by thin layer of earthiness, with soft but noticeable tannins and proper acidity level.
