Lake Chalice Skye Sparkling NV

Origin: New Zealand
Retail: $18.95 | Sale: $17.05

A vivacious sparkling wine with classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc flavours enlivened with effervescence. Clear, bright, light green hues. Bright and intense characters of blackcurrant leaf, gooseberry and green capsicum with layers of tropical fruits. Flavoursome and well-balanced. The palate is refreshingly crisp with passion fruit flavours combined with a subtle nettle character and a mineral note on the finish. Enjoy now and over the next 3 years. But we won’t judge you if you open it the second you get it home.

Pelle Menetou-Salon Morogues Blanc 2018

Origin: France
Retail: $25.95 | Sale: $23.35

Domaine Pellé is a fourth generation estate run by the talented and hard-working Paul-Henry Pellé. The winery was officially started in the 1950s, though earlier generations of the Pellé family had produced wine even before then, selling barrels to local Brasseries as far as Brouges in the early 20th century. Coming from the far eastern end of the Loire Valley, this distinct mineral-laden Sauvignon Blanc from the under-the-radar-appellation Menetou-Salon is a wonderful alternative to a great Sancerre. The nose is pure with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. The palate is racy, followed by a saline/mineral finish that give this wine a beautiful clarity and precision.

CVNE Monopole Clásico Vino Blanco 2016

Origin: Spain
Retail: $32.95 | Sale: $29.65

The uniqueness of this wine lies in the contribution of a small quantity of manzanilla, developed by the traditional method of biological crianza under “velo de flor”. It has a deliciously nutty nose with a slight hint of saltiness. Pear, apple and fresh herb flavors dominate the palate and are deepened by almond and briny notes. It's harmonious, graceful, and deep. This is a wine designed for food.
