The Lost Creek Rosa Natura is a A sparkling wine produced by Bodegas Chaves, a Galician family winery committed to organic farming and the second winery to be registered in the renowned Rías Baixas DO. Founded by José Chaves in 1995, his winemaking work has been passed down from generation to generation. It is currently run by the third generation of winemakers, who have become the first harvesters of Albariño de Cambados. Cinco Islas Espumoso Burbujas del Atlántico is a sparkling wine made from Albariño grapes. It is a bright, satiny yellow white wine that displays floral, fruity, and vegetal aromas on the nose. The palate exhibits floral flavors with a certain minerality. Its bubbles are the perfect combination to enhance the flavor of fish and seafood.

The winery is a member of the Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates, abbreviated VDP, and one of 35 VDP winegrowers in the Rheingau. Their origin lies in Assmannshausen in the lower Rheingau, where the Rhine valley becomes narrower and the vineyards steeper. This is where the cultural landscape of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley begins, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. An everyday sipping wine, August Kesseler Riesling R Kabinett Riesling is fruity, mineral, and well-balanced. Ripe, aromatic apples and peaches shine through this structured white wine. A perfect summer wine, this is delicate and refreshing on the palate.

La Ghibellina Gavi di Gavi ‘Mainìn’ 2023

La Ghibellina is an estate in the Gavi appellation of southern Piedmont, near the border with Liguria and less than an hour’s drive to Genoa on the coast. 'Mainìn' is a dialect form of the name Marina; Marina Ghibellini is one of the owners of the estate. The ‘Mainìn’ is made from 100% estate-grown Cortese, fermented and aged in stainless steel. The Cortese grape, with its striking acidity and chalky mineral character, thrives in the limestone-rich clay soils around Gavi. Clean but very expressive, this Gavi is characterized by an almost Chablis-like mineral quality, with restrained aromas of flowers, wet stones, and citrus.

Nestled at the foot of Mont Brouilly, Château de Pierreux is one of the most beautiful residences in the Beaujolais region. Several centuries of history have shaped this ancient 13th-century fortified house of which two towers still stand today. Château de Pierreux’s 110 hectares of vines are planted in shallow, well-drained pink granitic, schistous, and siliceous soils which contain deposits of blue porphyry from the volcanic eruptions of Mont Brouilly that date back millions of years. The 2020 100% Gamay produced a beautiful intense purple wine opening with floral notes, black fruits and dark chocolate. The palate is dense, fleshy and elegant with hints of toffee and peonies. The tannins are smooth and silky.
