Vin mousseux is the general French term for sparkling wine translating to "foamy" or "sparkling." "Rosé de Rosée" literally translates to "rose of dew.” The name "Fleuraison" means blooming. A blend of Airen (mostly), Macabeu, and Alicante; the nose offers delicate scents of flowers. Badet Clement & Cie (Badet-Clément) is a dynamic French winery and négociant based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy. Founded in 1995 by winemakers Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, the company specializes in producing and marketing high-quality, approachable French brand wines; particularly from the Languedoc-Roussillon, Burgundy, and Rhône Valley.
