The vineyards, located in the Loire Valley, France, are made up of Oxfordian and Portlandian limestone (“O-P”) from over 150 million years ago! This soil type is part of what helps make Sancerre wines so tasty. This wine is sharp, lively, and energetic with notes of lemon, lime, rose, and white flowers.
