The Mary Taylor Touraine Rosé by Luc Poullain is a blend of equal parts Pinot d’Aunis, Groulleau, Gamay, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc. The 2025 vintage produced very low yields due to drought in the Loire Valley. This rosé shows freshness, beautiful concentrated color, and wonderful balance. The Truchard Cabernet Sauvignon comes from vines ranging in age from 20-40+ years old planted in the celebrated cool-climate wine-growing appellation of Carneros, sitting at the southern tip of Napa Valley. Aged for 20 months in French oak (45% new), the final blend of this wine is 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot, and 1% Malbec. This wine has beautiful aromas of raspberry and plum with a touch of cedar and vanilla. Ripe cherries, red currants, and ripe tannins on the palate. The finish on this Cabernet Sauvignon is long with a touch of spice and deep red fruit. 14.2% ABV
