Early Mountain Petit Manseng 2018

Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Early Mountain is a pristine 350 acre property surrounded by rolling hills and pastoral farms. Their aim is to craft low-intervention wines, that are sustainably farmed; experimenting with various organic, biodynamic, and pruning techniques to figure out how best to support the health of the vineyards in this region. This Petit Manseng opens with notes of sweet citrus blossom, honeysuckle, and tangerine. The palate is lush and juicy, with notes of honey, citrus fruits, and hazelnut with a touch of bitterness on the finish from the extended skin-contact to leave it balanced and dry.

Le Clos de Cazaux Les Clefs d'Or Vacqueyras Blanc 2019

The Domaine Le Clos des Cazaux estate was founded in 1905 by Gabriel Archimbaud and is now run by Maurice Vache and his two sons Jean-Michel and Frederic. The Archimbaud and Vache families are among the oldest ones in Vacqueyras. The oldest part of the property dates back to the 12th century and belonged to "Les Chevaliers de l'Ordre des Templiers" (the Templar Knights). A wine with lively acidity and expressive aromas of fennel and white flowers. Medium-bodied, balanced, and with a kiss of minerality.

Saint-Hilaire Blanquette de Limoux 2016

Saint-Hilaire is the oldest sparkling wine in recorded history, created by Benedictine Monks more than a century before champagne. Today, over four and a half centuries later, Saint-Hilaire Blanquette de Limoux is made in the very same foothills of Southern France. This beautiful bubbly displays aromatic flavours of peach, pear, and green apple skins with a wonderful, full, creamy mouthfeel.

Clos de la Roilette Fleurie 2019

Considered one of the finest producers in Beaujolais, Clos de la Roilette has 9 hectares in Fleurie, with one of the top slopes in all of the ten Beaujolais crus. The Clos has an eastern exposure, borders the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, and yields remarkably age-worthy Gamay. the glass with aromas of rose petals, red cherries, raspberries, spices and orange rind. Medium to full-bodied, deep and velvety, it's elegant and fine-boned, with lively acids, refined structuring tannins and a long, perfumed finish.

Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Early Mountain is a pristine 350 acre property surrounded by rolling hills and pastoral farms. Their aim is to craft low-intervention wines, that are sustainably farmed; experimenting with various organic, biodynamic, and pruning techniques to figure out how best to support the health of the vineyards in this region. From some of the oldest vines, the Merlot contributes density and aromatic purity; presence and persistence with fine grain tannin. Petit Verdot in the blend contributes structure, depth, and power. This vintage brings the wonderful combination of higher than usual tannins that are quite ripe and supple, giving a wine that is both age-able and able to be enjoyed in its youth.

Lustau East India Solera NV

Lustau’s East India Solera sherry is an appealing deep tawny brown with a complex, mature nose of burnt sugar, spices, raisins, chocolate, walnuts, and orange peel. It is smooth with balancing acidity and an everlasting finish. This wine is a perfect companion to light desserts and cakes, but can also be served with creamy cheeses or foie-gras. Try it also on the rocks with a slice of orange, simply delicious.
