Christian Lauverjat Moulin des Vrilleres Sancerre 2017

The Lauverjat family has been growing grapes in Sancerre for generations in the tiny village of Sury-en-Vaux. Over the years they have transitioned to sustainable viticulture, favoring to work the soil and use of seaweed to combat disease, reducing chemical intervention. Coming from an average age of around 30 year old vines, this lovely Sauvignon Blanc carries notes of herbs and gooseberries on the nose. Medium-bodied, crisp and dry, it has flavors of smokey minerals, juicy tangy citrus and pink grapefruit on the finish.

Hermann Moser Per Due Grüner Veltliner 2018

Origin: Austria

Weingut Hermann Moser is run by Martin and his wife Carmen Mose. The estate is 300 years old and is located in the village of Rohrendorf in the Kremstal wine-growing region in Lower Austria. Lime zest, nutty almond and limestone minerality dominate the bouquet. This wine has lovely acidity with tropical fruit zest on the palette. Pair with Asian food, or bitter greens and salads.

The Trouillard family have been making Champagne in Epernay since the 19th century. Coming from 15 different vineyards located in the Marne Valley, Aube, and the Mountain of Reims. Warm almond croissant on the nose with delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp, fresh, and creamy with just a touch of yeast.

Simple sustainable farming and off-hands winemaking give this textbook Willamette Pinot Noir an impressive quality at a great price. It opens with abundant berry and floral character, with hints of vibrant spice. Seamless in texture and appealing tannins finish with persistence.

Selvapiana Chianti Rufina Vendemmia 2017

This Chianti Rufina is the pillar of the Selvapiana's production, using primarily Sangiovese with small contributions from traditional blending partners Canaiolo, Colorino and Malvasia Nera. This wine is an excellent example of the finesse and crispness the Rufina sub zone of Chianti delivers. On the nose bright cherry fruits mix with rose petals and violets. It is silky and seamless on the palate, where delicate red berried fruit flavors seam to blend beautifully.

Keermont Merlot 2016

Origin: South Africa

Located just beyond Stellenbosch, Keermont Vineyards is nestled in the beautiful valleys of South Africa. Matured in used oak barrels for 20 months. Bouquet shows mulberries, blueberries and cherries with dry herbs and earthy nuances. Palate is dense with juicy fruit covered by thin layer of earthiness, with soft but noticeable tannins and proper acidity level.
