Chateau Graville-Lacoste Graves 2019

Origin: France
Retail: $22.95 | Sale: $20.65

This somewhat atypical Graves is distinguished by its high percentage of Sémillon, sourced from vineyards in the greatest white wine terroir in all of Bordeaux — the Haut-Barsac. The average age of vines used to make this wine is between 45-48 years old, creating a rich, full, aromatic mid-palate to complement the clean finish. There is no better way to enjoy this crisp, invigorating wine than with a platter of fresh seafood. Raw oysters, fresh shrimp, clams, scallops, crab, langoustines...the more the merrier!

75% Sémillon | 20% Sauvignon Blanc | 5% Muscadelle

Talley Vineyards Chardonnay 2017

Origin: California
Retail: $29.95 | Sale: $26.95

The signature white wine of Talley Vineyards, the Estate Chardonnay represents a pure expression of the calcareous soils and cool maritime climate of the Arroyo Grande Valley produced in a classic old world style, incorporating barrel fermentation and aging. A complex bouquet combines pear nectar, tangerine, honeydew, and brioche. Juicy and energetic on the palate, this wine offers concentrated citrus, orchard fruit, and buttered toast flavors with a hint of toasty lees. Rich yet lively in style, it has excellent clarity on an impressively long, mineral- and floral-accented finish.

Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé NV

Origin: France
Retail: $94.95 | Sale: $85.45

An iconic Brut Rosé for good reason. Dosage here is a modest 7 grams per liter of sugar, keeping things dry and crisp. One of the reasons Billecart rosé is so popular today is because they were one of the first houses to really focus on that style, back in 1954. This wine is pure, fresh and intense on the nose, with lovely raspberry aromas, refreshing citrus zest flavors and great definition. The palate has great finesse and a long, well-structured with delicate minerality.

40% Chardonnay | 30 % Pinot Noir | 30% Pinot Meunier

Château Hallet Sauternes 2015 375ml

Origin: France
Retail: $19.95 | Sale: $17.95

Château Hallet is comprised of 5 hectares with a mix of clay and limestone soils. The vines are on average 30 years old and everything is harvested by hand: the grapes are picked in successive passes. Stone fruits with hints orange rind and honeysuckle welcome you into the glass.
