Ovum 'Big Salt' White Blend 2018

Origin: Oregon
Retail: $21.95 | Sale: $19.75

Founded by husband-and-wife duo John House and Ksenija Kostic in 2011, Ovum is a celebration of the diverse expressions of Oregon Riesling. They achieve this bright, fresh, and dry white by letting mother nature create complexity – they allow all of the grapes to ferment together, with native yeast. There is grit and saltiness in the wine, along with floral, honeysuckle and tropical fruit notes balanced by chalky texture and minerality.

Valravn Chardonnay 2017

Origin: California

Cold climate vineyards in the Sonoma Coast provide a core of minerality, ripe peach, and apple with a touch of citrus. These fresh notes are balanced by richer flavors of toasted hazelnuts, and ripe pineapple that come from the barrel fermented Russian River component.
