Poli Distillerie Gran Bassano Bianco Vermouth NV

Origin: Italy
Retail: $29.95 | Sale: $26.95

The vermouth recipe for Poli, handwritten in the family recipe booklet by GioBatta Poli in the 1930’s, involved the use of 33 herbs and spices in a natural infusion. Almost 90 years later, with four generations of family’s distillation tradition, Jacopo Poli decided to bring back his great grandfather’s formula to create modern expressions of the Bassano del Grappa’s territory. The Gran Bassano Bianco is a Vespaiolo-based vermouth, a native white grape to the Veneto region. We like to sip these exquisite spirits neat, with a twist of citrus, or as an enhancement of our favorite cocktails!
