Villa Wolf Pinot Noir Rosé 2019

Origin: Germany
Retail: $14.95 | Sale: $13.45

The Pfalz is a very warm and sunny region, often called the “Tuscany of Germany”. This Rosé is made with fruit from vineyards farmed expressly for the purpose of producing a true rosé (called Weissherbst in German). Only perfectly ripe, healthy grapes are selected. Upon harvest the fruit is given a brief maceration to extract a lovely color from the Pinot Noir grapes. This easy-drinking Pinot Noir rosé offers pleasant notes of watermelon, red cherry and a hint of smoky mineral. Raspberry and red cherry flavors are framed by refreshing acidity.

J. Mourat Fiefs Vendeens Mareuil Rosé 2019

Origin: France
Retail: $16.95 | Sale: $15.25

J.Mourat is located at the western end of the Loire region, where the soils are predominantly volcanic and the climate moderated by maritime breezes. Since 2000, this estate has been converting to organic farming. After discovering an ancient bottle in their cellar, they had it reproduced exclusively for their wine. Before the standardization of bottle shapes in the modern era, this Romanesque shape was the typical bottle shape

for wines of this region. Notes of grapefruit, peach, limes, and a stony minerality welcome you into the glass. The palate is well balanced and crisp with flavors of ripe strawberries, tart cranberries and pomegranate.

Jean Reverdy Sancerre Rose 2019

Origin: France
Retail: $23.95 | Sale: $21.55

This Domaine is located in Verdigny, one of the top villages in Sancerre. It dates back to 1650 and has been in the family for about 10 generations. Delicate aromas of roses and orange blossom transform into subtle

gooseberry and peach blossoms on the nose. The palate is crisp, lean and elegant, but the flavors are quite persistent with cherry, black currant, apricot and red currant aromas. The mineral-laden yet creamy palate pairs well with poultry and spicy food. This Pinot Noir rose from Sancerre is a consistent winner year to year.

Castello di Bossi Rosato Toscana 2019

Origin: Italy
Retail: $19.95 | Sale: $17.95

Castello di Bossi is located in the southern half of the Chianti Classico production zone. Thier Rosato is sourced from the Corbaia vineyard, which was planted more than 40 years ago to 70% Sangiovese and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Pale salmon in color, Castello di Bossi Rosato bears resemblance to the rosé wines of southern France. On the nose, however, it immediately asserts its Italian heritage with aromas of dusty earth and Mediterranean herbs layed over fresh cherries and tart cranberry. On the palate, this wine shows a defined structure with bright acidity and brilliant depth of flavor. The finish is long and balanced.

Glen Manor Vineyards Morales Rosé 2019

Origin: Virginia
Retail: $19.95 | Sale: $17.95

Named for José Morales and his family, who alongside the White family have worked at Glen Manor's vineyard since its establishment. This rosé is made by blending grapes grown specifically for it, along with juice bled off from the reds during the beginning of the maceration period. While skin contact time and varietal blend change from year to year, it is always a blend of the red grapes grown on the estate. The result is a light, dry rosé ideal for charcuterie and summer meals and is intended to be enjoyed with the freshness of warm seasons.

Domaine de la Begude Bandol Rosé 2017

Origin: France
Retail: $31.95 | Sale: $28.75

Domaine de La Bégude was founded in 1996 by brothers Guillaume and Louis Tari. Today the estate is run by Guillaume and his wife Soledad. Guillaume is winemaker for the estate, as well as the president of the Bandol AOC.The vineyard is situated at the top of the Bandol appellation overlooking the Mediterranean sea. This is a rich style of rosé, due to the high proportion of Mourvèdre in the blend and to the warm exposure of the vineyard. But it is balanced, the rich red fruits easily cut with acidity and with a touch of minerality. It traditionally pairs well with fish, seafood, white meat and provencal dishes. It is also excellent with cheese and "international cuisine", spicy Indian, Chinese, Thai, Japanese cuisine.

Cleto Chiarli Vecchia Modena Lambrusco di Sorbara NV

Origin: Italy
Retail: $18.95 | Sale: $17.05

This dry Lambrusco is super refreshing, with notes of citrus, red cherry, and strawberry fruit. The finish is tart and bright, like perfectly balanced lemonade, washing the palate with each and every sip. In fact, the most difficult thing about this wine may be opening it, since instead of a traditional cage there is a metal clamp over the cork (just insert the knife of your wine key between the clamp and the cork and twist away from you in order to pry it off). A classic pizza pairing!
