Walsh Family Wine Bethany Ridge Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Origin: Virginia
Retail: $21.95 | Sale: $19.75

Bethany Ridge is the vineyard at which Walsh Family Wine first began production. Located high up on the Catoctin ridge just outside of Waterford, Virginia, they were drawn to the site for both its relative elevation and aspect - it sits high above its neighbors, with a primarily Southern slope - as well as to the shallow, stony, quick-draining soils.

Chateau Maris Rosé Can 250ml

Pays d’Oc is an ocean of vineyards bathed in sunshine in the south of France, between the heath and a beautiful blue where the atmosphere is unique. It is in this wild setting that MARIS wines are made from organic grapes grown in an environment promoting biodiversity and sustainability. A subtle and balanced rosé thats fresh and round. A amount of minerality brings balance on the finish. Convenient on-the-go wine to drink chilled with friends on the river or summer get-togethers.

Origin: Virginia
Retail: $32.95 | Sale: $29.65

The En Passant bottling is meant to honor the meticulous winegrowing and winemaking of Mark and Vicki Fedor, the founders of North Gate Vineyard. When Walsh Family Wine took over the North Gate property, it also included wines in tank and barrel. Rather than bottle these wines and claim that they created them, their team chose to create this “in passing” bottling, to highlight the most premium barrels of two vintages of winemaking by Mark and Vicki. This wine was created by blending what they felt were the most premium barrels from the 2017 red vintage at North Gate. This is the second of two En Passant bottlings, after whichthey will retire the name.

62% Russ Mountain Merlot
20% Weatherlea Cabernet Franc
13% North Gate Petit Verdot
2% Bethany Ridge Cab Sauvignon
2% Bethany Ridge Tannat

Bodegas Picos Campo de Borja Tinto Loteta 2019

Origin: Spain
Retail: $12.95 | Sale: $11.65

Ancient Romans introduced and developed grape-growing in Campo de Borja and it was recognised as a Denominación de Origin in 1980. Aromas of black fruit jump from the glass. The palate is bursting with complex flavors of licorice, anise, smoke and graphite. Fleshy and round on the palate, it finishes long and complex with more than enough structure to pair up nicely with gilled meats and roasted veggies.
