Domaine Rolet Pere & Fils Arbois Rouge 2014
Origin: France
Retail: $21.95 | Sale: $19.75
Désiré Rolet began making wine in 1942 in the small region of Jura in eastern France tucked between Burgundy and the Swiss border. In 1958, his 4 children all decided to stay in the family business and took over from their father. Since that time the domaine has seen a complete conversion to organic farming. No herbicides or pesticides are ever used and the soils are constantly ploughed – creating beautiful, healthy vineyards. This traditional light-bodied red from the Jura region opens with daikon, cranberry, burnt caramel and a struck-flint stony aspect. Remarkably light in color, but it gains weight as it opens, and it's remarkably versatile for all of your summer cookouts. Don't be afraid to throw a chill on this one, trust us.

Ovum Old Love 2020
Origin: Oregon
Retail: $21.95 | Sale: $19.75
Founded by husband-and-wife duo John House and Ksenija Kostic in 2011, Ovum is a celebration of the diverse expressions of Oregon Riesling. OLD LOVE is a dry, white blend that dreams of capturing the summer sun in a bottle of wine. Aromas of fresh cut blood orange, salty lemon and aloe vera balance this racy, texturally rich white wine. Guided by mother nature, Ovum combines the Big Salt process, with a proprietary aging process to elevate the terroir that each of their five vineyards bring them. It's the most versatile white wine they’ve produced thus far - it will pair with nearly any white wine appropriate dish, but is best enjoyed on the porch with nothing else to do.

Ameztoi Rosé 'Rubentis' Getariako Txakolina DO 2020
Ignacio Ameztoi is the seventh-generation winemaker at Ameztoi, located in the beautiful coastal town of Getaria on the Bay of Biscay. Over the rolling sea-side hills, Ameztoi has over 50 acres of vines in the ground that are all grown sustainably, some of which are pergola trained -- a technique used to promote good airflow in humid regions. This Txakolina Rosé is a new addition to Locke Store and has quickly become a staff favorite. The grapes are co-fermented for about three weeks in stainless steel tanks before being bottled and chilled to 32° F to preserve some of the residual carbonic acid. This production method gives txakolina its charmingly light effervescence and electric acidity. A beautiful pearlescent pink in the glass, Rubentis brings forth zesty notes of blood orange, ruby red grapefruit, and white pepper, which mingle delicately with seaspray, salty citrus, and streaks of chalky minerality.

Ferren Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2017
Origin: California
Retail: $74.95 | Sale: $67.45
Ferren is a winery dedicated to tiny lots of artisanally made Chardonnay and Pinot noir wines from the far Sonoma Coast of California. Winemaker Matt Courtney founded Ferren with longtime friend David Wherritt after an eight-year apprenticeship with Helen Turley at Marcassin Vineyard on the Sonoma Coast. The wines are made using traditional Burgundian methods without fining or filtration, and fermentations are carried out exclusively by native flora that arrive on the grapes from the vineyards. Aromas of cranberries, blackberries and rhubarb with accents of blood orange, oolong tea leaves and Angostura bitters welcome you into the glass. The palate is featherweight, silky and bright, with concentrated, bitters-laced flavors and a long, uplifted finish. It drinks wonderfully straight out of the gate.
