While Carrie Chiappetta is not your typical wine industry veteran, she is a wine and outdoor enthusiast. While there were canned wine options out there to suit her lifestyle, none met her standard for responsible farming and organic practices in the vineyards. With those principles in mind, Ah-So was born. Ah-So was founded in Colorado in 2018 by Carrie Chiappetta, Carlos Lopez, and Dustin Chiappetta. Produced in Navarra Spain from Carlos’s family vineyards, each can starts with the careful cultivation of each individual vine. 100% organically farmed, estate produced and hand-harvested without the use of herbicides or pesticides. Garnacha blanca in a can, this is super fresh and fun white with pears and melon and a lively, smooth and gently creamy palate. Sapid, fresh finish.

In Spain’s coastal Basque Country, “Xarmant” (char-mant) means ‘charming’ and txakoli is the joyous, light, white wine shared amongst friends with northern Spain’s legendary cuisine. Artomaña Txakolina utilizes a blend of sustainably grown estate grapes, the traditional varieties indigenous to the Basque region: Hondarrabi zuri with gros manseng, petit manseng, and petit corbu. Instant Txakoli on the nose! Grapefruit, green apple, lovage, celery leaf, a waft of hay, white petals, and chalk. The palate is fresh with pear, golden delicious, and herb fleck. Starting soft, with good depth thanks to excellent, controlled phenolic development, the palate freshens on a petillant tickle and a grassy tweak.

Ah-So Rosé is indicative of a traditional rosé from Navarra. Ah-So is produced exclusively from the Lopez de Lacalle vineyards using traditional vilification methods of the region; native yeast and free-run juice. Ah-So rose is vibrant with strawberries and cranberries with a clean finish inviting you to take another sip.

Paul Direder pours passion and love into his wines. Working in his own vineyards since he was 17, the lonesome cowboy of wine growing and farming produces high quality wines for your everyday enjoyment. Paul has farmed sustainably since he took over the farm and in 2020 he decided to work towards organic certification. A berry, fruity wine that caresses the palate with a note of wild strawberries. Our rosé provides a nice mouthfeel with lots of freshness and fruit. It is wonderfully balanced and has a very balanced acidity.
