The 2020 draws you in with aromas of white flowers, crushed stone, and crisp Anjou pear. It's silky in feel but very energetic and packed full of salty green apple with hints of lime and sour melon on the crisp finish. The 2020 overdelivers at the price point.

Pet Nat (also known as Metodo Ancestrale) is a process that involves bottling on its lees with no dosage and no disgorgement. This often results in an unfiltered, completely dry wine with fine bubbles. In this example, the results are a mouth filling mousse that carries a wave of saline acidity and subtle cherry flavors. Soft, light red fruits and creamy character make this a delicious and fun picnic wine.

Unfiltered and bottled in limited quantities, the grapes are 100% hand selected from the estate vineyard in the Gioia del Colle DOC located in the Puglia region of Italy. Intense ruby red in color with scents of red cherry and ripe plum. Medium to full bodied, soft and well structured with a gentle freshness on the finish.

Cenatiempo, founded in 1945, is a very small winery located on Isola d'Ischia, which is about a 45 minute ferry ride out from Porto di Massa in Naples. Red berry aromas with hints of violets and savory dry herbs. Full bodied with dark Cherry, dark plum and volcanic minerals. Dry, great with grilled meats.
