Bresolin Asolo Prosecco Extra Brut NV
Origin: Veneto, Italy
Retail: $21.95 | Sale: $19.75
Bresolin Bio was born in 2012 through the efforts of Enrico, Matteo, and Davide, three brothers who inherited the vineyards and passion for wine from their grandparents. The brothers’ passion for biodiversity in their hometown led to all Bresolin wines being organic and reflecting the terroir of the Asolo DOCG. The vineyards lie close to the woods, which are inhabited by roe deers, boars and wild birds. Each bottle of Prosecco states the name of a member of our family, people who are essential to the founding of the company. This “Benny” Extra Brut is named after their beloved father, who’s help and presence has been an integral part of the company. Refined, sapid and structured sparkling wine, it reflects the characteristics of the land of the Asolo Hills. Peach blossom, wild rose and passion fruit on the nose and apple, grapefruit and pineapple on the palate, with some savory notes to balance it out. 100% Glera
Domaine Gavoty Grand Classique’ 2023
Origin: Provence, France
Retail: $24.95 | Sale: $22.46
Organic. Truly world-class Provence Rose from a 200 year old family estate. This cuvee consists of 50/50 Grenache and Cinsault that, unlike most Provence Roses, macerates for several hours before pressing. They then take the extraordinary step of vinifying the free run "saignée" juice separately from the first press juice, to be blended later (The saignée is more succulent and juicy, whereas the pressed juice is a bit more angular and structured). The result is a beautifully composed Rose brimming with mixed berry and orchard fruit, shimmering acidity, and a lovely mouthfeel. 50% Grenache & 50% Syrah

Bodega Furlotti Malbec 2019
Origin: Argentina
Retail: $19.95 | Sale: $17.96
From the upper area of the Mendoza River and the Uco Valley area. The desert climate of Mendoza, with little rain and little atmospheric humidity, marked winters, hot summers and good sunshine are conditions that allow the complete maturation of the grapes. The unique, elegant and balanced style of this wine showcases the terroir. They implement agroecological practices that help preserve the health of the soil, community and industry for many generations to come. With punchy dark fruits, lush texture, and surprising precision and restraint in equal measure, Furlotti has channeled 3 generations of winemaking tradition into a pure expression of high-altitude Mendoza Malbec. Boysenberry and blackberry jump out on first sip, with tobacco and leather that intensify as the palate unfolds. The benefit of high elevation offers bright acidity, lifting the fruit through the long, languid finish. 100% Malbec
