Antiquum Farm “Daisy” Pinot Gris 2024
Origin: Oregon
Retail: $40.95 | Sale: $36.85
When young daughter Daisy was five, her beloved flock of chickens escaped and overran the Antiquum vineyard. What began as chaos turned into a revelation. The hens scratched out weeds, stirred the soil, and naturally balanced insect populations, becoming an unexpected force in the vineyard’s health. This wine mirrors that sense of harmony and vitality. Bright aromatics of citrus zest, ginger, ocean spray, jasmine, and white peach open the nose. On the palate, a generous texture unfolds into crisp acidity, achieving a precise balance of freshness, depth, and complexity. 100% Pinot Gris
Antiquum Farm “Aurosa” Pinot Gris 2024
Origin: Oregon
Retail: $56.95 | Sale: $51.25
In 2010, the westernmost twenty-four rows of Pinot Gris began to shift. Grape skins transformed in color, with some berries displaying multicolored patterns within a single cluster. This unexpected change hinted at something remarkable. A brief maceration with the skins during fermentation now imparts the wine's radiant peach hue. Fragrant layers of fresh apricot, alpine strawberry, and hibiscus rise from the glass, followed by notes of bright nectarine, Asian pear, orchard blossom, and tropical fruit. The palate is vibrant and lifted, with medium acidity and a subtle touch of silky rose hip tannin lending elegance and energy to the finish. 100% Pinot Gris
Antiquum Farm “Niki Lee” Chardonnay 2023
Origin: Oregon
Retail: $58.95 | Sale: $53.05
Harvested at night and gently whole cluster pressed in the cool hours before dawn, this Chardonnay was crafted to preserve its natural acidity and precision. The result is a wine of quiet confidence, refined and expressive, with the structure to evolve over time. Delicate aromas of yellow tea rose, lime zest, and white peach unfold over a base of oyster shell, chamomile, and subtle baking spice. The palate moves with intention, layering freshness and minerality over a sleek frame. A whisper of phenolic grip adds texture, while a restrained touch of French oak brings depth without overshadowing the fruit. The finish lingers, crisp and mouthwatering. 100% Chardonnay
Antiquum Farm “Passiflora” Pinot Noir 2023
Origin: Oregon
Retail: $79.95 | Sale: $71.95
After a slow ripening on the high slope of the vineyard, Passiflora is hand harvested right around the time the sun starts to dip behind the horizon. In the cellar, the fruit is gently destemmed and placed into open-top vessels for a four-day cold soak. Native yeast then takes hold, bringing spontaneous fermentation and filling the air with the heady scent of passionfruit. The wine opens with playful floral tones of wildflower and violet, layered with soft cocoa and rich tropical fruit. Bright notes of sun-ripened raspberry and pomegranate lift the palate, creating a sensation of weightlessness. 100% Pinot Noir
