The family run business now covers an area of 50 hectares and is driven by the enthusiasm of a new generation: Silvia, Francesco, and Daniele. The 20 hectares of vineyards lie on an old fluvial terrace with underlying layers of gravel and benefit from the significant difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures, which gives the wines their intense flavor and aroma. Villa Zappi is a sparkling rose made from Sangiovese grapes with a short maceration in a soft press shell. Enveloping bubbles with aromas of small red fruits and rose hips. 100% Sangiovese

Cantina della Volta Rimosso

Modena, Italy

Although the winery is located in the heart of the Lambrusco di Sorbara lands, Christian and his father Giuseppe have always cultivated a passion for high quality sparkling wines. This great passion for the Classic Method led Christian Bellei to the birth of the Cantina della Volta in 2010. The company is based in the original building of the Cantina Bellei, built by Christian's great-grandfather near the embankment of the Naviglio di Bomporto, the place where the boats had to make the "vault" on their way to resume their sailing towards the city of Modena, hence the winery’s logo. The Cantina della Volta today is a fascinating environment, in which traditions coexist harmoniously with a vast assortment of avant-garde systems, specific for the modern production of Classic Method wines. Brilliant ruby with violet reflections and an intense bouquet rich in hints of wild strawberries and currants, accompanied by fresh floral notes. 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara
