Lyrarakis Assyrtiko Voila 2017

Origin: Greece

On an island with over 4,000 years of winemaking history, this small family winery was established in 1966 by the Lyrarakis brothers. This single vineyard Assyritiko has crisp apple, stone fruits, and hints of ginger on the nose. The palate provides layers of textures with a rich mouthfeel that is supported by minerality and a natural acidity that leads into a long, fruity, and uplifting finish.

Hermann Moser Per Due Gruner Veltliner 2018

Origin: Austria

Weingut Hermann Moser is run by Martin and his wife Carmen Moser. The estate is 300 years old and is located in the village of Rohrendorf in the Kremstal wine-growing region in Lower Austria. Lime zest, almond extract, and limestone dominate the bouquet. This wine has lovely acidity with tropical fruit zest on the palette. Pair with Asian food, or bitter greens and salads.

Loimer Brut Rose Organic Reserve NV

Origin: Austria

Fred Loimer began practicing biodynamic farming in 2006 and is a founding member of Respekt, an association for biodynamic viticulture. This Brut Rosé Reserve is a blend of Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, and Sankt Laurent from biodynamically-farmed vineyards in Langenlois and Gumpoldskirchen. The wine is made in the traditional method using indigenous yeasts and aged for eighteen months on the lees in bottle before disgorgement and finished with a low dosage. A delicate nose of wildflowers, fresh strawberries and bay leaf is framed by gentle spice. On the palate, the wine’s floral character is supported by hints of toasted bread and a supple mouthfeel that is complimented by invigorating acidity.

70% Zweigelt, 25% Pinot Noir, 5% St. Laurent | Biodynamic

Domaine de la Mongestine “Les Monges” Rosé 2018

Situated in Coteaux d’Aix en Provence, Domaine de la Mongestine is dedicated to organic viticulture with biodynamic principles. The grapes are farmed organically on hillside slopes, handpicked, fermented with native yeasts, and bottled with minimal sulfur. A simple approach to winemaking to produce an exemplary and delicious rosé. Delicate nose with notes of citrus and white fruit leads into a harmonious palate of freshness and minerality with a savory finish.

40% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, 20% Syrah | Organic

Domaine de La Tour du Bief Moulin à Vent 2014

Settled in the Middle Ages in the village of Chenas, the Domaine de la Tour du Bief is now composed of 34 acres of the most prestigious terroirs of the appellation Moulin-à-Vent. Coming from the oldest vines in the vineyard this wine offers dark cherry and wild berries on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly chewy tannin on the entry. Quite firm at first, a touch of spice with dark fruit dominates the palate with a touch of licorice.

Based in the Rioja Baja town of Alfaro, Burgo Viejo consists of six families pooling together their vineyards and resources to produce exceptional value wine. This 10 year Gran Reserva is impressively well-balanced with flavors of black fruit, vanilla and coconut. It's powerful, complex, and silky smooth. A true classic old style Rioja!

Zonte's Chocolate Favtory Shiraz 2018

Origin: Australia

Footstep is a proudly independent Australian wine producer established in 2003. Despite the name Chocolate Factory, this wine offers more interesting characters of tangy rhubarb with an earthy core. It is ripe with a full bodied palate, silky smooth tannins, and plummy fruit flavors that finish with spice tones.
