Bosinakis Mantinia Moschofilero 2019

Bosinakis family approaches winemaking with a singular goal… to let grapes tell their story. Over 50 year’s experience in producing high-end wine and unique microclimate of Mantinia have created products that boast a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) label. They concentrate their knowledge and efforts in the grape of Moschofilero and they produce only two labels of it. On the nose its immensly floral with rose petals, lychee, marzipan and honeysuckle. Lovely amount of acidity comes through on the palate with a bone dry finish and tons of minerality.

Jean-Paul Paquet Domaine Fussiacus Saint-Véran 2019

Jean-Paul manages his 11 hecatres in southern Burgundy nestled in the heart of the Mâconnais, south-west of Macon, creating wines enhanced by his vast experience. Through the generosity of the terroir, his wines reveal an incredible amount of finesse and elegance. Floral aromas of acacia flower, anise and licorice welcome you into the glass. Layers of apple, pear and citrus are abundant on the palate with a vein of minerality to balance the finish. Perfect with chicken, flaky fish dishes and all things goat cheese and sausage.

Bodegas Casa La Rad Solarce Rose 2020

Origin: Spain

The 2020 Solarce Rosado from Casa La Rad is composed of twenty-five percent each of Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha and Mazuelo. The wine is a very pale salmon color and offers up a beautifully expressive nose of white cherries, nectarine, salty white soil tones, spring flowers and a gentle touch of Rioja spice. On the palate the wine is vibrant, full-bodied and youthful, with a lovely core and mineral undertow, zesty acids and fine focus and grip on the long and very promising finish.

Luna Beberide Mencia 2019

Origin: Spain

Today, thirty years after Bernardo Luna launched into winemaking, the second generation of the Luna Beberide family, led by Alejandro Luna Beberide, continues the same care and respect for the vines. Bright raspberry red colour very fruity and mineral notes. The palate is balanced with a persistent explosion of red berries, raspberry. The finish is long, silky and slightly sweet accompanied by very fine tannins. Beautiful balance – no oak gets in the way of the varietal expression.

Hendry Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Origin: California

George Hendry and his family have grown grapes on the same family farm in Napa Valley since 1939. Dark fruit aromas are well-integrated with a hint of smoky oak on the nose. The wine is no-holds-barred, with a ripe and robust texture and palate-coating tannins, making it an excellent pairing with rich, braised dishes and grilled meats.
