This a clean and crisp sparkling wine like what you might find anywhere in some of the other amazing sparkling regions of the world, but this one is in a petnat style! Unlike many chunky, undesirable petnats this wine is a way of showing that this style doesn’t have to be rough and funky. Additionally, during the winter every bottle is disgorged. Disgorging allows removal of most of the residual lees that would otherwise cloud the wine.
