This Blanc de Franc is produced in the traditional Champagne method using 100% Cabernet Franc, sourced from the Blue Ridge Mountain slopes of the Monticello AVA. This Chardonnay is a generous wine with beautiful aromatic complexity but refreshing simplicity. The entrance is fruit-forward and crisp while the finish, with mineral notes, ends with fresher and more floral sensations. This wine would be excellent as an aperitif or served with seafood dishes.
